She was predeceased by: her parents, Buell Johnston and Loraine Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Larry Ballard; her children, Wade Ballard of Des Moines, Eric Ballard (Michelle) of Orlando, FL and Deborah Ballard (Danny Luing) of Avon Lake, IA; her grandchildren, Joshua (Amber), Amanda (Austin), Britton Quade (Rachael) and Breanna (Jared); and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Avalyn, Ashton, Ace, Anderson, Zander, Zaeden, Zylan, Blakely, Jaxon and Maverick.

Eloise Emma Ballard, 77, of Avon Lake passed away on September 27th, 2018 from Alzheimer's.
