He is survived by: his parents, Darl Lee and Ethel Lee; his children, Lauren and Tanner Lee; the mother of his children Lisa Lee; his siblings, Lori Curtis (Brad), Michael Lee (Dana) and Christopher Lee (Amanda); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Johnson (Jake), Shelby (Abby Curtis), Sophia, Sydney (Henry Lee) and Allyx (Cale Lee); and his aunt Debbie Pope (Terry).
