He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Nordyke and Rosemary Nordyke; and his granddaughter Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Kyle (Emily) and Lucas (Shelbie); his grandchildren, Vincent, Aaron and Emersyn; his brother Craig; and his aunt Zola. He is also survived by cousins as well as many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Home (415 School St, Carlisle, IA 50047). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brian's family so they may contribute to the Carlisle Christian Church, Suncrest Hospice and the Pleasant Hill Fire Department.
