She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Verlin Carter and Lois Carter (Long); and her brothers, Blake and Donnie Carter. She is survived by: her son Cameron Hearshman (Rachael) of Hartford; and her granddaughters, Sophia and Kylie.
