Anna left this world on October 22, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Harmison and Ruth Harmison; her husband Donald; her stepmother Rashal; her daughter Dawn Baber; her grandson Kevin B. Beener; and her siblings, Donald, Robert, Stanley Harmison, Gladys Gilbert and Audrey Edens.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Beener (Kevin) of Indianola, Jann Smith (Mark) of Indianola and David Freeman (Melody) of Carlisle; her sister Judy VanSyoc of California; and her sister-in-law Jean Harmison of Warren County. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Indianola Public Library for its puzzle contests that Anna and her granddaughters enjoyed.
