He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Moreland and Margaret Moreland (Peg). He is survived by: his wife Pam Moreland; his daughters, Shelby Moreland and Kelli Moreland; and his siblings, Dan Moreland, Joyce Shaull and Missy Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family and will be given to a charity of their choosing at a later date.
