We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 97, Mildred Irene Porter of Cambridge, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Curtis and Nellie Curtis (Brown); her husband Frank Tillman Porter; her close friend Howard McCauley; her son John Edward Porter; her sister Margaret Curtis; her half-sister Wadena Haught; and her pet Taffy.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ann Cunningham (Larry) of Boone; her granddaughters, Amy Erickson (Brent Hilgenberg), Andrea Hudson (Chuck) and Katie Cunningham (Kyle Alyea); her great grandchildren, Trent, Mckenna, Addison Hudson, Preston Pfaffle, Landon, Greyson, Hallie Cunningham and Jensen Alyea; her son-in-law Dennis Erickson; and her close friend Pam Anderson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorcas Society in Cambridge in memory of Mildred.
