She is survived by: her children, Donald "Donnie" Potack (Heather) of Clinton, IA and Brandy Potack of Camanche, IA; and her siblings, Debbie Creeley (Charlie) of Clinton, IA, Kenny Frank (Diana) of Camanche, IA, Danny Frank of Clinton, IA and Terry Frank of Clinton, IA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
