She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Hensley and Bernice Hensley (Lewis); and her siblings, Rick, Billy and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Vaske of Camanche, IA; her children, Sam Dann of Clinton, IA, Gabe Dann (Rachel) of Clinton, IA, Melany Dann-Aadland (Derrol) of Des Moines, IA, April Chakaravarthy (Chakki) of Phoenix, AZ and Travis Vaske (Samantha) of Donahue, IA; her grandchildren, Anthony, Austin, David, Nolan, Drake, Dayne, Dexter, Damon, Mitch, Ruby, Blaise and Faith; and her siblings, Don Hensley (Joan) of Clinton, IA, Ron Hensley of Clinton, IA, Rob Hensley of Clinton, IA, Danny Hensley of Vidor, TX, Shelia Hodges (Tom) of Pittsburgh, PA, Sandra Grass (Steve) of Jasper, TX and Chris Hensley of Clinton, IA.. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
She attended the River Church and was active with Make-A-Wish Foundation for many years.
