He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Watters and Margaret Watters (Eskelson); and his wife Patricia Ann Watters. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Manikowski (Tom) of Clinton, Steve Watters (Dawn) of Clinton, Robert Watters (Nancy) of Roscoe, IL, Susan Jensen (Mike) of Clinton, Mike Watters of Clinton and Bill Watters (Brenda) of Clinton; and his siblings, Barb Blount of Arkansas, Al Watters of Fulton, IL and Ann Hanson of Clinton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
