He is survived by: his children, Deborah "Debbie" Michael of Lawrence, Carla Nolan-Ryan (Robert) and Robin Nolan of Lawrence, Kansas; his stepchildren, Michael O'Connor-Masse (Katie) of Chino Valley, Edward Masse of Scottsdale and Teri Drury of Miles, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Cody, Joshua, Niki, Jami, Lexi, Garrett and Logan.
