He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Quinn and Lauretta Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Penny Quinn (Bieber); his brother William "Bill" Quinn (Linda); and his children, Ed Dowell (ToniDawn) of Arkansas, Dave Dowell (Sarah) of Rockford, IL, Steve Quinn (Bualai) of Grayslake, IL, Nicole McMahon (Mike) of Camanche, IA, Amanda Groves (Matt) of Monmouth, IA and Micheal Bratthauer (Lindsay) of Sabula, IA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Camanche Food Pantry.
