She was predeceased by: her parents, August F. Kahn and Helen M. Kahn (Wilson); her niece Linda Hagedorn; and her sisters, Gwen Douglas and Geraldine Huffman.
She is survived by: her spouse Donald Nissen, Sr.; her children, Dale L. Nissen (Sheryl) of Camanche and Ronald E. Nissen (Judy) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Kristin Flora (Mark), Adam Nissen (Marie), Lindsey Sadewasser (Nick), Eric Nissen (Jen), Becky Goodhart (Brian) and Nathan Nissen (Amy); her great grandchildren, Riley Flora, Melanie Flora, Cole Diercks, Hanna, Hunter, Peyton Nissen, Eric, Shawn, Brianna Goodhart and Olivia Nissen; and her great great grandchild Aiden Goodhart.
