He is survived by: his father Leonard Sr. Koch; his wife Twila of Camanche, IA; his children, Ryan Koch (Sharyn) of Ohio, Candace Chapman (Matthew) of Ohio and Taylor Crenshaw (Samuel); his siblings, Jean Davenport of Preston, IA, Leonard Jr. Koch (Marie) and Roxanne Adams (Curtis) of Fulton, IL; and his grandchildren, Ryley, Quinton, Lincoln and Victoria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
