He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Gene" Kooi and Shirley Kooi (Wiebers); and his grandson Garrett Weber. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kooi of Camanche; his children, KaCee Weber (Brad) of Clinton, Korey Lorenzen (Ryan) of Camanche and Koby Kooi (Corie) of Camanche; his grandchildren, Tanner Weber, Faith Schultz, Dalton Weber, Ashton Haskell, Kylee Kooi, Annika Weber, Kaden Kooi and Hayleigh Lorenzen; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Everleigh; his siblings, Judy Determann (Tom) of Clinton, Richard Kooi (Tammie) of Camanche, Debbie Smith (Tom) of Clinton, Steve Kooi (Barb) of Camanche, Lou-Jean Buxton (Todd) of Seattle, Brian Kooi of Camanche and Barri Kooi of Camanche; and his sister-in-law Sharon Monaghan (Mike) of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
