He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Krogman and Mathilda L. Krogman (Ingerson); and his stepson Tom Mess. He is survived by: his former wife Judy Hazelhurst; his children, Carrie Krogman of Camanche, Terry Krogman of Camanche and Cindy Decker (Ken) of Clinton; his stepson Richard Mess of Clinton; and his grandson Jason Decker.
