He was predeceased by: his wife Ernestine; and his siblings, Genevieve Wessels, Mildred Morgan and Duane Finnegan. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Finnegan and Edna Finnegan (Klinck); his children, Kathy M. Finnegan of Camanche, Denny M. Finnegan (Kris) of Metamora and Michael L. Finnegan of Davenport, Iowa; and his sister Patricia Holland (Everett) of Davenport. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
