We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 79, Karen A. Carlsen of Camanche, Iowa, born in Clinton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Fletcher and Emily Fletcher (Holgerson); and her husband Dennis Carlsen. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Carlsen (Karen) and Paula Slade (Kory) of LaGrange; and her pet Ginger. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorials can be made to the American Lung Association.
