With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Sievers of Camanche, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Sievers to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Sievers and Norma Sievers (Christensen); and his brother Jim Sievers. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sievers of Clinton; his daughters, Sarah Smyth (Eric) of Park City and Marty Cerasani (James) of Elmhurst, Illinois; his grandchildren, Grace, Will, Owen Smyth and Samantha Cerasani; and his siblings, David Sievers (Rosemary) of Miles, Janie Moody (John) of Corvallis, Susan Farrow (Terry) of Pendleton and Paul Sievers (Renda) of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
