He is survived by: his wife Alice M Mensinger of Camanche; his children, Jeri Kay Moe of Georgetown, TX, Teresa Renee Green of Austin, TX, Christina Marie Skiles (Mike) of Fulton, IL and Jerry Russell Mensinger Jr. (Christin) of Omaha, NE; his stepchildren, Robbie Grage (Frank) of LeClaire, IA, Kim Wagner (Steve) of Camanche, IA and Robert Weber (Barb) of Clinton, IA; his grandchildren, Tanner, Logan, Emma, Jack, Elizabeth, Cody, Kolton and Michael; and his brother Gary Mensinger (Joanne) of Bellevue, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
