He was predeceased by: his parents, Griffith Foster and Mina Foster (Gross); and his sister Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gottschalk of Camanche; his sons, Greg Foster (Catherine) of Massachusetts, Gary Foster (Colleen) of Colorado and Russell Polner of Florida; his sister Judy Enners (Rich) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Robert Fitch of Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
