He was predeceased by: his children, Duaine John Jr. "George" and Daniel Joseph Kaczinski. He is survived by: his spouse Mavis Keeney; and his brothers, Darrell Kazcinski of Delmar, Jack Kaczinski of Florida and Jim Kaczinski of Camanche. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
