He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Dykes and Martha Dykes (Shadrick). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Loveland of Camanche; and his sons, Dennis Dykes (Laywanna) of Destin, FL and Devin Dykes (Lorie) of Iowa City, IA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
