It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Hackney (Camanche, Iowa), born in Dows, Iowa, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Lindsey Hackney and Tiny Hackney (La Rue); his wife Mary of Camanche, IA; his children, Jeff Hackney (Theresa) of Camanche, IA and Susan Knuth (Dan) of Oconomowoc, WI; his siblings, Juanita Brissey (Robert) of Dubuque, IA, Joy McCulla (David) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tina Roling (Randy) of Miles, IA and Joe; and his grandchild Jeramy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
