He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Mess; and his father-in-law Thomas White. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Mess; his wife Paula Mess; his daughters, Abby R. Mess and Taylor O. Mess; his brother Bob Mess (Juli Sundholm); and his mother-in-law Barb White.
