He is survived by: his children, Traci Hauge (Don) of Albert Lea, MN, Greg Ames of Calmar, IA and Kevin Ames of Spillville, IA; his grandson Tim Hauge (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Noah and Asher; his granddaughter Kylie Hendrickson (Lucas); his siblings, Rod Ames (Rosemary), Joan Mezera (Bob), Cliff Ames (Sandy) and Marty Ames (Jeannine); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Ames, Judy Good and Vic Burgess.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pivo Brewery (101 Huber Dr, Calmar, IA 52132).
