She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Skoglund and Bernice Skoglund (Rydman) of Dayton; her husband D. L. Goforth; her brothers, Richard and Leon "Rusty" Skoglund; and her son-in-law Denny Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Goforth (Gloria Olson) of Des Moines, Terry Pierce of Fort Dodge and James of Callender; and her grandson Jayson Goforth of Des Moines.
