He is survived by: his wife Esther Coleman of Callender; his son Rick Degelau (Jackie) of Boone; his grandchildren, Breanna Glesne (Jake) of Ogden, Brandon Degelau of Boone and Jason Degelau (Laurel) of Marshalltown; his great grandchildren, Ashanni Brooks of Ames, Jasmine and Gabriel; his siblings, Raland Degelau (Ellen) of Nashville, TN, Bill Degelau (Lori) of Fort Dodge and Pam Hanson of Olathe, KS; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Henrickson (Jack) of Fort Dodge, Sandra Schaunberg of Fort Dodge and Tillie Whittington (late Denny) of Fort Dodge.
