She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Burk and Mabel Burk (Allen); her former husband Robert Lane; her son Kevin Lane; her sister Lois Spencer; and her granddaughter-in-law Angela Burger.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Peterson; her daughters, Susan Anderson (Greg) of Gowrie, Nancy Burger (Alan) of Gowrie and Jeannie Streit (Karl) of Gowrie; and her siblings, Jim Burk (Treva) of Smithville, MO, Karen Kurth (William) of Lake City and Shirley McShane (Tom) of Valley, NE.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
