He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Skinner and Margaret Lower Skinner; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Mary B. Nelson; his children, Donald (Chrissy) of Mascoutah, IL and Jamie Buchmeyer (Marc) of Calamus; his grandchildren, Travis, Brandi, Taylor, Brady, Kyletyn and Kipton; and his sister Mary Rita Syslo (Bob) of Calamus. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
