He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine "Kathy" Evans (Comstock); and his brother Jerry Joe Evans. He is survived by: his father Thomas Evans (Jeanette) of Oskaloosa; his former wife Heidi Weldon; his daughters, Haley Evans of Knoxville and Saphira Evans of Bussey; his sister Candy Evans of Bussey; and his nieces and nephews, Shyanne, Matthew, Saphira and Mason. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
