He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lenger and Kathryn Lenger (Flahive); and his siblings, John, Ed, Daniel, David, Joseph Lenger and Pauline Conway.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chance; his sons, Jeff Lenger (Gena) and Kevin Lenger; his grandchildren, Jacob, Josh and Aydan Lenger; and his sisters, Theresa Lenger and Marge Comer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
Memorials have been established to Autism Speaks and the National Kidney Foundation.
