He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Eugene Jr. and Lucille Stewart (Silvers); and his siblings, Robert Stewart, Marilyn Herrald, John and Nancy Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Carlson; his children, Jake Barton, Jayci Stewart and Shania Stone (Raymond); his grandchildren, Kale Mullins, Kennadi Mullins, Nebula Barton and Gwyneth Stone; his siblings, Dale Stewart, Beverly Stewart-Smith, Dean Stewart, Ruth Stewart and James Stewart; and his uncle Ray Stewart (Kay). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
A memorial has been established to the Comfort House-Hospice of Pella or to the family.
