He is survived by: his former spouse Elain Gifford (Anderson); his wife Elaine; his sons, Steven Garrett Jr. (Laurie) of Boone and Tony Garrett (Sherry) of Fostoria; his stepsons, Kenny Gifford (Pam) of Taylor, TX, Todd Gifford (Jody) of Algona and Chad Gifford (Saundra) of Burt; his daughter-in-law Jessica McVay of Clarion; and his sisters, Madeline Guitare (Johnny) of Danville, IL, Rose Conway of Emmetsburg, Mary Blanchard (Ray) of Mason City and Ann Heath of Thompson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 6 step great grandchildren.
