He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stenzel and Ella Rike; his wife Marlene Dremmel; and his siblings, Ruby Zinnel and Elwyn Stenzel.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Soderberg (Chuck) of Ankeny and Joel Stenzel of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Adam Rogge, Alisha Lee, Maria Thompson (James), Ian Stenzel (Krysta) and Alec Stenzel (Libby); his sister Linda Edgington (Jim) of Brandon, SD; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Stenzel.
Memorials may be made in his memory to the Burt Presbyterian Church.
