He is survived by: his wife Mary Hansmeier; his children, Kelly Ree (Diane) of Woden, Shelly Whitacre (Terry) of Titonka, Travis Ree of Nevada, IA and Brandon Ree (Jessie) of Algona; his grandchildren, Rob Ree, Tana Smith (Jared), Cassy Daleske (Andy), Max Ree, Zac Ree (Kenzie), Tess Ree, Jed Ree, Teri Ree, Rex Ree, Michael Ree and Laura Ree; his great grandchildren, Stefan Ree and Porter Daleske; his sister Charlene Franklin of Arizona; and his niece Kim.
