Donald Dean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Reimers and Anna Reimers (Looft) of Fenton, Iowa.; his wife Janice Reimers (Madsen); his son Douglas Reimers; his father-in-law William (Mathilda Madsen); his siblings, Harold Reimers, Carrol Reimers and Margaret Batt; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Batt (Swede), William Madsen Jr., Merlin Madsen (Red), Charles Johnson, Shirley Reimers, Virginia Reimers, Janet Madsen and Pam Madsen.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (109 Maple St, Burt, IA 50522). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
