With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire L. Reutzel of Burt, Iowa, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Reutzel and Claudia Reutzel; his wife Joyce Wilhelmi; his grandson Bradie Becker; his mother-in-law Eva Keller; his siblings, Demaris Moline and Darwin Reutzel; and his siblings-in-law, Orville Moline, Mary Jo Gifford, Gordon Gifford, Richard Johnson and Dee Wilhelmi.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Reutzel (Sherrie) of Belle Plaine, MN, Dawn Nelson (Dave) of Humboldt, IA, Del Reutzel (Kim) of Algona, IA, Darcy Tacheny (Mark) of Burt, IA and Darla DeLange (Pete) of Waconia, MN; his siblings, Myron Reutzel (Sharon) of Burt, Denise Laage (Chuck) of Brooten, MN and Donald Reutzel (Maggie) of Paynesville, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Sjoberg of New London, MN, Roger Wilhelmi (Alice) of Bancroft and Karen Danhelka of Evansville, WI.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of the Heartland in Claire's name.
