She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Higgins and Mabel Higgins (Pennell); her daughter Patricia Rose; her grandson Andrew Kennedy; and her siblings, Virl Hammerstrom, Patricia Albers, Jolene Lieb and Tom Higgins.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Charlie, Ellengray Kennedy of Bancroft, Jan Kennedy-Allen of Vadnais Heights, MN, Tom Kennedy of Denver, CO, Teresa Kennedy of Bancroft, Mary, Russ Seiler of Humboldt, IA, John Kennedy of Clive, IA, Bob and Liz Kennedy; her grandchildren, Patrick and Lindsey Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Julian and Max; her grandchildren, Stuart and Jess Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Landen, Iyla and Tommy; her grandchildren, Brian Allen, Kaitlyn Kennedy, Jake, Tiffany Kennedy and David Seiler; and also, Carol Miller of West Bend and Jane Johnston of Creston.
The family will direct memorials to the Bancroft Community Foundation, in Alice's memory.
