He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Baylark and Anna Mae Jackson Baylark; his wife Naomi Miller; his siblings, Joseph, Fred, Emma Jean, Darlene, Nancy, Bertha, Rose and Elizabeth; and his son Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Baylark of Springfield, IL, Lonnie Baylark of Cedar Rapids, Anthony Baylark (Renee) of Burlington, Dexter Baylark of Champagne, IL, Janice Marie Baylark of Burlington, Laverne Tabron of Burlington, Ramona Smith (Danny) of Burlington, Kim Baylark of Burlington and Rachel Baylark of Burlington; and his sister Marguarite Ellis of Burlington. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
