He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Wayne Bower and Audrey Bower (Baity); his daughter Megan Schultz; his parents-in-law, Page and Shirley Randall; and his sisters-in-law, Deborah Kinney and Ann Propst.
He is survived by: his wife H. Karen Jane Randall; his children, Later, Brittany Oakley (Nathan) and Aric Bower; his grandchildren, Caroline and Oliver; his siblings, Ben Bower (Judy) and Melissa Olson; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Randall (Jeanette), Barbara Bailey (Bob), Judy Randall, Randy Kinney, Dave Propst, Brion and Lisa Oakley.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his memory for the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant and Glasgow Cemetery.
