He was predeceased by: his parents, Melburn "Mel" F. McGinity (Marilyn) and Darlene May Saldeen Russell (William "Bill"); and his siblings, Melburn, Jr., Gary McGinity and Gloria.
He is survived by: his children, Lindy Williams (Aaron) of Danville, Chad McGinity (Karen) of Burlington, Destiny Reid (Josh) of West Burlington and Chris McGinity (Charlene) of Severn, MA; and his brother Dan McGinity (Lisa) of Burlington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
