She is survived by: her son Brian Mitchell (Anne) of Burlington, IA; her grandchildren, Amanda Burgus (Brandon) and Scott Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Parker Burgus and Brinley Burgus; and her sisters, Iona Patton (late Wendall) of Burlington, IA and Joyce Strauss of Pennsylvania.
Memorial contributions for Sally are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
