She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert H. Ita and Edith Gallerick Ita; and her spouse Charles H. Philpott. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Rae Maki of Minneapolis, MN and Richard Charles Philpott (Sandra) of Carlinville, IL; her grandchildren, Kevin Ward (Sue) of Blaine, MN and Karen Maurer (David) of Blaine, MN; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Adam Ward, Lauren, Nicole and Allison Maurer. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established to Great River Klein Center Apple Tree Lane and Great River Hospice.
