He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. "Tuff" Vice and Margaret Joy Vice (Bye); his brother Mike Vice; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Bye and Margaret Bye.
He is survived by: his children, Kristie Vice of Florida, Shawna Vice-Newmyer (Troy) of Texas, Ronnie Vice Jr. (Billie Jo) of Ludlow and Robert Vice (Maria) of Weymouth, Massachusetts; his brothers, Larry Bye of Hannibal, Missouri, Dan Vice (Joni) of Fort Madison, Don Vice (Wendy) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Rick Vice (Sherri) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Mark Vice (Kim) of Fort Madison; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Vice of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established and contributions may be left at the Barr Memorial Chapel.
