With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Paul E. Luers of Burlington, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Luers and Mary Luers (Jacks); his son-in-law Michael Cullison; and his granddaughter Mary Ann Messamaker. He is survived by: his wife Adelle Taylor; and his children, Paula Messamaker (Randal) of West Burlington, Deborah Cullison of Webster, Brian Luers (Marcia) of Burlington, David Luers (Sue) of Cisco, Renee Gillispie of Riverside and Allan Luers (Jerilyn) of Middletown, Iowa. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his memory.
