He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albin and Bessalea Rice Albin; his son Jerry; and his siblings, Bill and Linda.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Albin of Gladstone, IL; his children, Cheryl Albin of Burlington and Scott Albin (Lauren) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Kylie, Klairissa, Ryker and Mira; and his siblings, Inez, Suzanne, Terry, Candy and Tim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601).
