She was predeceased by: her aunt Lynnette Miller. She is survived by: her parents, Lyle Koss (Ranee) of Burlington and Ginny Smith Koss (Kim Moore) of Burlington; her siblings, Steve Koss (Sarah) of Oneida, IL, Molly Carruthers (Nick) of Brownstown, IL and Heidi Swenson of New London; her niece Whitney Koss; and her nephews, William Koss, Korbin Swenson and Parker Carruthers. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial has been established for her expenses.
