She is survived by: her husband Frank Libe; her children, Jeff Lipper (Dianne) of Townsville, SC, Scott Lipper (Tracy) of Mediapolis, Derek Lipper (Angie) of Mediapolis and Michelle "Shelly" Miller (John) of Blue Spring, MO; and her grandchildren, Michelle Sligh, Tommy Watson, Tammie Robinson, Ashland Lipper, Jarade Lipper, Kayla Lipper, Karley Johnson, Leevi Walljasper, Kristi Albiar, Tyler Miller and Cole Lipper. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established for First Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
