She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Loper Sr. (Levins); her daughters, Nicole Hartman of Burlington and Emily Hanger (Corey Allen) of Blandinsville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Lorenzo Raga, Kamryn Hartman, Hudson Hartman, Alice Heinzel, Alivia Heinzel, Hunter Allen and Hendrick Allen; and her siblings, Patrick Loper (Diane Humphries), Paul Loper (Kathy), Pamela Hester, Elmer Loper (Joy) and John Loper. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
